I have spent most of my career in nonprofit work, helping people in need.  I have provided life coaching job readiness training and specific skills for high school, college students and underemployed/unemployed individuals   I left nonprofit to fulfill a need in society with aging seniors, and I founded Compassionate Senior Companions, Inc. which provides services to help older individuals age with dignity and independence at home.

I continued my education and completed professional coach education to enhance my skills and resume my work as a coach, so as to empower individuals and families to look within and recognize inner strengths, set goals, and take action.

I am the mother of four children, and grandmother to one beautiful grandson.  When not working, I spend time with my family and my four dogs.
